Police Officer - Firearms Instructor
Vacancies are available at Sellafield, Cumbria and Bisley, Surrey for the position of Police Constable Firearms Instructors. Salary will be dependent on years service.
Applications are welcome from Police Officers (serving or ex-serving with no less than two years break) for the role of Police Constable Firearms Instructor. The purpose of the role is to support the on-going firearms training programme, qualification shoots and other training to support the Sergeant Firearms Instructor and the Firearms Training Unit.
In order to be eligible to apply, you should have:
- Previous experience as an Authorised Firearms Officer (AFO) within the past three years.
- Successfully completed a National Police Firearms Instructor Course.
- Been involved in the delivery of training within the past three years.
